Sunthar RGB mux board full kit
There are two different versions (1.2B and 1.2C) available. Please make sure to share your CRT model # with me in the checkout form! I will pick the correct board for you.
What does the full kit include?
All resistors, diodes and capacitors are sourced from digi-key and are of higher quality.
- 1 x RGB mux board
- 10 PIN IDC male connector with the ribbon cable (to be soldered on to the CRT main board)
- 1x female SCART connector
- 3 x terminating 75 ohm resistors (1/4W 1% tolerence)
- 3 x resistors or 0.1uF ceramic caps specific for your CRT
- 2 x 1k ohm audio resistors (1/4W 1% tolerence)
- 2 x diodes (0.7V voltage drop diode)
- 2 x stainless steel screws
- 10 PIN IDC female connector (to be soldered on to the MUX board)
Tips
This kit includes the required 3 in-line resistors or ceramic capacitors for your set. Please contact me at [email protected] to see if I might have resistors specific for your RGB moddable set.
You mod quite a lot or don't mind going through the hassle of sourcing the parts yourself? You can also make this kit yourself.
Sunthar micro RGB mux board kit
This is a perfect RGB mod board to use on smaller CRT sets. Makes the mod very clean. You can see few examples here

- 8pin mini DIN connector
- 3 x terminating 75 ohm resistors (1/4W 1% tolerence)
- 3 x resistors or 0.1uF ceramic caps specific for CRT
- 2 x 1k ohm audio resistors (1/4W 1% tolerence)
- 2 x diodes (0.7V voltage drop diode)
- 1x 8pin MD male cable

Warning
Please note the micro board will not work with the passive XRGB mini cables where the blanking wire is not connected.

RGB 34P to SCART adapter (Sony Profeel, XBR, NEC etc.)
Several revisions of this board was made. Once that will be shipped are the 6th revision boards. There are three versions (A, B and C) of the board available depending on your CRT. Therefore, please make sure to communicate your specific model with me when ordering at [email protected]
